Once you have accessed, opened, downloaded, or otherwise obtained access to a digital product purchased from our store, we do not accept refund requests, except where required by applicable law.

By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital product, you acknowledge that the digital content may be provided immediately and, where applicable, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery or downloading begins.

 

Before accesing the product: If you have purchased a digital product but have not yet accessed or downloaded it, please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you made the purchase by mistake. Any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
